Complaints Procedure
At Cherished we do our very best to keep all customers happy, however sometimes customers may feel the need to complain. Should you think something has gone wrong and you wish to raise a complaint, please contact us.
We promise to:
- take your query seriously
- investigate it thoroughly
- let you know the outcome of this investigation
We will acknowledge your query within 24 hours with a unique reference. On receipt of your complaint our Complaints Department will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution. You should receive a response within 3 working days.
